Capability Building – Turning AI into a controlled, measurable business asset in financial services and FinTech

Join this roundtable with senior leaders in financial services and FinTech as we explore practical approaches to turn AI from a compliance headache into a measurable business asset that delivers ROI.

This follow on roundtable builds on our prior AI Governance session by shifting from governance and policy analysis to practical capability building.

The session will focus on converting governance principles into operational practice so organisations can treat AI as a measurable business asset that delivers ROI.

Topics will include embedding due diligence earlier in the lifecycle, adapting existing controls to prevent policy drift, applying proportionate oversight across different firm sizes and risk profiles, and improving traceability of data, models and usage.

The session will also address how centralised, role-aware controls and visibility into adoption and spend enable secure, auditable AI use without impeding productivity.

The outcome will be practical: agreement on a small set of measurable capability goals, and tangible templates and potential pilots that participants can use to demonstrate controlled, auditable AI adoption.
